1. Will I lose access to my workouts until the challenge starts?

No. You'll be able to keep the momentum and get a new set up workouts in the app starting 4/1. Then once, the challenge officially starts on Monday, April 19th, but you’ll be able to join and support new Mindful Muscle members as they take on their 8-Week Challenge.

--> ZERO Equipment - All Bodyweight Program

This means no matter what you have access to you will be able to transform and perform! 

4. How much does it cost?

Any 8-Week Challenge participants that aren't members will be removed from the Down Dog Athletics Training App and the Mindful Muscle Facebook group.

You will be able to keep all of your recipe books and bonus programs like Yoga Foundations, HIIT @ HOME, and Core Crushers.

If you become a member and cancel your membership, you will lose access to the Down Dog Athletics Training App and the Mindful Muscle Facebook group.
